parkway is just so cool now.. met up w fangguan for coffee there yest evening.. it changed like a whole lot.. can still remem tt old, run-down, brown building i used to visit a lot in pri sch.. haha.. nice change..

anyway.. since we were just walking ard e place n all, decided to pop by M1 to say hi to mel.. haha.. still e same dear ole mel.. =) pity didnt really get to talk to her properly... guess there'll be more chances..

had church meeting aft tt.. haha.. soooo happy paul offered to lend me his guitar! =) was supposed to go buy one w toon today but yeah.. think maybe i'll try it out first before getting one proper.. yup yup..

seems like w so many happy things happening.. shld be all excited n stuff right.. but no.. sigh.. something's up.. dont wanna say it right out but yeah.. really hope e prob will be solved.. soon.. heart-aching like crazy..

oh.. n mum blew me off for golf.. sigh.. nvm.. she's taking me shopping later to kinda make it up.. seriously need a break....

the song's kinda haunting.. as in it really digs into me.. searching for what i really m inside.. i dont know.. just think it's a good reminder of all the luv God has for us all.. remem doing Abraham's Promise for lit in sec 4.. one of the many themes in the book was smth abt true luv leading to sacrifice n then ultimately hurt.. if u think abt it yea.. it kinda is true.. esp w the last line of e song (sacrifice).. n how we live our lives (hurt to God).. as in being real honestly speaking.. yeah.. hmm.. juz a tot..

anyway.. it's gonna be cny! n everyone's booked out! so cool yeah? haha.. guess haf loads of catching up to do.. most of my friends r going back for soccer tmr.. but cos e part time maid is coming tmr.. hafta stay home in e am.. brrr.. quite miss everyone.. haha.. oh well.. guess there'll be more chances to meet up.. =)

e wkend was pretty cool.. went to watch a rugby match for a short while w alvin on sat.. haha.. it's like totally diff from touch! remem complaining w e gals when we got pushed during a touch friendly last time.. this is like way more "impact-ful". haha.. guess they dont call it a contact sport for nth then..

anyway.. was real happy to see all my cousins again on sunday! haha.. have quite a few cousins but there's this lil cousin of mine who's just sOooooo cute! she's like 8 this yr n was trying to tickle n chase me ard e hse.. kept following me all ovr e place n holding my hand.. haha.. n she's very very chio too.. =) was just real good to be catching up w everyone.. esp since her sis, elaine, is in hc now.. so yeah.. haha.. lotsa stories to exchange.. cant wait to go out w her too!

met up w my other relatives (maternal side) for dinner.. haha.. cos my cousin's gf came down to sg n was like meeting her for e 1st time.. haha.. they both looked dem nervous.. *grinz*

hmm.. anyway.. feels quite weird now.. my friends r all wking n i'm not doing anything.. most of my guy pals have been packed up to tekong as well.. so things haf been pretty boring.. as in no one really to go out w.. sigh..

can tell i was real bored this aft w tt posting i made on raw individualism as a catastrophe.. got me thinking all aft though.. what's raw individualism anyway? hmm.. perhaps tt'll keep me occupied.. yeah..

had a real cool day yest! haha... met up w sooo many ppl.. it's kinda crazy..

met up w chris 1st for coffee.. it's crazy e amt of catching up we had to do considering we just met up e wk b4.. m just glad we still r great pals.. =) decided to pop by robinsons to say hi to corinne.. (so tt's 2 friends already)

aft tt, went w chris n kelvin to st michael's school.. (some relief teaching stuff) haha.. was pretty interesting seeing all e small lil boys running around.. haha.. cant quite imagine how e 2 of em looked like then.. *grinz*oh oh.. n there was this pe teacher getting her students to run aft her.. n guess what.. she was running ard e court in heels! haha.. impressive yea?

didnt wanna go back aft tt so decided to meet up w jesher, fabian n calvin (eh, not sure which spelling though) in town.. n while waiting for em bumped into songyu (my "aunt") n yingzhao! ran into jon too! haha.. so tt's like a total of 9 friends in 1 day! haha.. anyway.. had loads of fun.. e ljs@cine was so freakingly cold tt we were like shivering while having dinner.. didnt talk much cos every1 was like concentrating on finishing e food quickly so we could all scoot.. then laughing like crazy when e table started to vibrate cos they were shaking their legs to keep warm.. haha.. madness ya? haha.. really.. it was quite a sight... =P

anyway.. aft tt went all around e place trying to lay my hands on Bryan Adams - Special Tour Edition cd.. was real disappointed when hmv, sembawang, borders n tt cd shop didnt have stock of it! brr.. apparently it's a pretty old aussie import so no one knows for sure when it'll be coming in again.. hmm.. if any of u know where i can find it pls tell me yea? will be gReatLy appreciated.. =) anyway.. just had to settle for so far so good since i wanted his cd a lot.. but it's real cool too! haha..

i'm half-smiling.. ok, nvm how to do tt but yeah.. things seem better today.. somewhat..
big thanks to jesher & weijun for simply being there for me.. really really appreciate it..

anyway.. did quite a lot of things today..
1. went back nj for some stuff.. [saw eugene&zhenghao walking out.. haha.. nice to see em again.. kinda makes me think back of e 1st 3 mths i had w em n e rest in nj.. hmm.. ]
2. went for an interview for part-time waitressing.. [haf a feeling i may not get e job cos told e guy tt i wont work on wkends.. haha, oh well.. see how la.. e pay isnt exactly marvellous anyway.. hmm.. but guess e experience/exposure will be rather interesting.. haha.. will see..]
3. was at robinsons again.. [haha.. bedlinen shopping for cny.. n saw corinne! haha.. was fun seeing her again too.. n her colleagues r pretty cool.. haha.. ]
4. finally finally.. just applied for maxonline.. [as in m quite fed up w my current dial-up.. gives me quite a bit of probs, not to mention eXtra slow connection.. haha.. so yeah.. yay!! =) ]

hmmm.. cant wait for tmr.. hope itll be a better day.. yeah.. =)

m blogging early today.. just back from nj.. ran like 4 km aft half a yr of slacking! *muscles aching* haha.. hafta thank kang for keeping me on e track. =)

anyway.. saw miss kao in e canteen.. m glad she thinks tt my senior's farewell article is okay.. considering tt i wasnt really there for most of e performance (photo-taking madness)... =) yup.. cant wait for college annual 2003 to come out! haf seen e layout.. it's pretty good.. haha.. what can i say.. my juniors had good seniors to learn from.. *grinz*

ohoh.. saw [grace n cindy], [corinne] n [jbj] @ centrept yesterday.. bought jbj's book: the hatchet man of sg.. not tt i'm leftist or anything.. just think tt it's good to get diff perspectives/opinions instead of some one-sided viewpt.. anyway, kinda admire his courage for standing firm to his beliefs n not swaying em just to get e easy way out.. however there's still e issue of idealism vs practicality.. hmm.. i dont know..

anyway.. corinne's working at robinsons.. cool right? hmm.. makes me feel rather useless.. as in haf yet to find a job.. just applied for relief teaching on mon but guess e whole application process takes some time.. meanwhile, i'm just slacking n going out lots.. =)

may be going to ikea later w alvin.. haha, yUp! for e sWedish meAtballs!! really hope we do go cos not seen him for like 2 days.. haha, oh well.. =)

anyway.. gonna read e papers now.. blog later.. =)
